Lowering: FA: about 25-40mm, RA: about 15-30mm for:
BMW M4 Coupe (F82) incl. M4 CS + Competition since 2014 Typ M3, incl. adaptive M suspension

Lowering: FA: about 30-45mm, RA: about 10-25mm for:
BMW M3 Sedan (F80) incl. M3 CS + Competition since 2014 Typ M3, with adaptive M suspension

These springs offer a variable lowering while retaining the original adaptive or damping-adjustable shocks. The original shock absorbers can be further used without any limitation in function.
