This exhaust replaces the serial rear silencer.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Ersatzrohre und Attrappen sind nur für straßenverkehrsfremde Zwecke gedacht und im Bereich der Straßenverkehrsordnung nicht zugelassen. Auspuffteile wie komplette Schalldämpferanlagen, Vor-, Mittel- oder Endschalldämpfer sowie Katalysatoren OHNE EG-Genehmigung, Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis (ABE) oder Teilegutachten können zum Erlöschen der Betriebserlaubnis sowie zur Stilllegung des Fahrzeugs führen. Bei Katalysator-Ersatzrohren sowie Attrappen droht eine Anzeige wegen Steuerhinterziehung sowie eine eventuelle Ermittlung von Seiten der Umweltbehörde.

Generell gilt:
Änderungen an einem Fahrzeug, die das Geräuschverhalten verschlechtern, führen nach § 19 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 StVZO zum Erlöschen der Betriebserlaubnis und sind nicht im Bereich der Straßenverkehrsordnung zulässig.
